Scott started Progressive Home Remodelers Salt Lake City in 1982 after receiving his Associates Degree in Architectural Drafting from Salt Lake City Technical College (now Salt Lake Community College). While at school, Scott placed 2nd in a nation-wide Vocational Industrial Clubs of America (VICA) drafting competition. During the next 22 years he honed his building expertise and drafting knowledge through both on-the-job experience and continuing education courses. Recently, Scott completed Solar Energy International's course in Solar Electric Fundamentals and Grid-Direct Design.
Chris founded Progressive Home Remodelers Salt Lake City and Restoration Specialists, Inc. in 1987 and has been sole owner since then. Chris is certified by the IICRC in, Fire and Smoke Restoration, Water Damage, Upholstery and Fabric Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning, and in Thermal Imaging. He is also AMRT (Applied Microbial Remediation Technician) certified and is a state licensed general contractor.
Jared has been part of the Progressive Home Remodelers Salt Lake City team since 1998. He is certified and trained by the IICRC as a Master Fire & Smoke Restorer, Master Water Restorer and Master Textile Cleaner. He also has received recognition from the Restoration Industry Association (RIA) as a Certified Restorer. His main responsibilities managing all of the claims out of the Salt Lake office.
